Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Meeznplus LLC, doing business as Meeznplus, through its websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to hold an account. Accounts belong to adults. An adult may create profiles for household members and, if kiosk mode is available, supervise a child who occasionally interacts with a household kiosk, but children may not create or control accounts.

Accounts and households

• Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the household members, profiles, permissions, and content you manage.
• When kiosk mode is available, adults must supervise its use and keep account settings, billing, contact details, and other adult-only functions behind the provided adult controls.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial or promotional terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the channel that manages the purchase.

For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, Apple manages the purchase and related cancellation or refund requests. Our web billing provider manages web purchases. RevenueCat may synchronize your entitlement so an eligible subscription is recognized across supported iOS and web apps, and future supported platforms. Purchase and subscription-management options may differ by platform or country. Except where law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable and access continues through the paid period after cancellation.

Your content and AI-assisted features

You retain ownership of recipes, notes, lists, schedules, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

AI-assisted features may process submitted text using third-party models and can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Review all generated or parsed content before relying on it.

Recipes, allergens, and food safety

Recipes, ingredient information, meal suggestions, inventory estimates, nutrition-related content, and cooking guidance are for general informational and organizational purposes. They are not medical, dietary, or professional safety advice. Verify allergens, dietary restrictions, freshness, cooking temperatures, storage, and serving safety for your household. You are responsible for decisions about ingredients, preparation, and consumption.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, submit harmful or deceptive content, or use the Service to harass or exploit anyone.
• Probe or bypass security, access another account or household without permission, disrupt the Service, or distribute malware.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access to the Service except as allowed by law or our written permission.

Third-party services and availability

The Service depends on third parties such as identity providers, app stores, maps, hosting, analytics, AI, and billing providers. Their terms may also apply. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from account settings in the web app or the iOS app, or by contacting support@meeznplus.com. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription: cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings and web subscriptions through the web billing provider before or after deletion. If your household is shared with another adult account holder, the household remains available to its other members as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeznplus LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or food-related loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post revised Terms here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply.
